Kids in San Francisco
Rarely is a city as sophisticated as San Francisco prepared to welcome and entertain children. If you're traveling with kids, there are plenty of places to go and things to do to keep them, and you, amused.
Many of San Francisco's attractions are kid-friendly but we've handpicked a few special activities for you and your children to enjoy while you're visiting the City by the Bay.

boats on Spreckels Lake. At the children's playground on the Lincoln Avenue
side of the park, a popular slide is sure to be a hit with children. The park
also boasts a 1912 carousel with 62 different menagerie animals. For an environment
that both you and the kids can appreciate, check out the Japanese Tea Gardens

wooden bridge. (Tea and cookies are available, too.)
