Though they're a hit with kids, some parks offer just as much fun
for adults. Six Flags Marine World in Vallejo boasts "wild life and wild rides." The wild life not includes the marine variety (sea lions, walruses, dolphins, sharks, seals - all presented in delightful performances that easily captivate the whole family) but also birds, tigers, elephants, and even butterflies. And the rides, well, you'll have to see those to believe them! Children under 48" tall get in for half price and tikes under the age of three are free. At Paramount's Great America in Santa Clara, thrill rides are the order of the day. With nine incredible coasters, including the all-new Stealth, and more than 20 spine-tingling thrill rides, Paramount's Great America is the place for excitement.
