The menu is true to a Parisian Brasserie - steamed mussels studded with bay leaves in a big ceramic bowl; grilled rib eye steak accompanied by crisp frites overflowing from a paper cone. Also, the several 'must have' signature dishes include: Tomato soup in puff pastry, steak tartare, coq au vin and cassoulet.
