We were very pleased with the reservation and voucher redemption process. Generally speaking we were very pleased with the tour and its operation. The driver was a good driver and very courteous. For our liking, the driver could have cut down a bit on the frivolous jokes and on a couple of occasions was stretching for facts on historical data. Brenda M., 124, 06-2008
