IMPORTANT: ALCATRAZ FERRY AND AUDIO TOUR: ALL ALCATRAZ SALES ARE FINAL The National Park Pass is not applicable to the Alcatraz Tour. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations. You may purchase up to 8 tickets on the web. Alcatraz is a National Park and does not offer any refunds or discounts.

Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourCorp, Wharf Pass, Supplier and Sales Agent liability will be limited to the purchase price of the WharfPass. Once purchased Wharf Pass cannot be canceled. Unused tickets, expired books and tickets removed or detached from Wharf Pass book have no value.

WharfPass child age is 5-11. Children ages 3-4 will be required to pay Child Admission at the Aquarium of the Bay, USS Pampanito and Turbo Ride. Children 1-4 will be required to pay admission at the San Francisco Carousel. Children 5-11 are free at the Boudin Museum.

Holiday Closure Notice:

November 17, 2008: The Carousel at Pier 39 is being upgraded and should be operational in two /three weeks. Estimated reopening December 10th. The Boudin Museum is closed for tours during the Holiday party season through December 31st. Please exchange your Option 3 Wharf Pass ticket for a freshly baked loaf of Boudin Sourdough bread at the guest desk in the lobby.
