The Golden Gate Loop and Alcatraz tour was a superb trip. The guide on the Double Decker bus was informative about the different areas involved in the tour. A 1 hour 30 min tour felt like a 30 min excursion!. Alcatraz was superb! The Audio tour was very very good, the audio equipment that is used was excellent, good clear sound (in your own language). First reserve the Golden Gate Loop Tour. We will reserve the Alcatraz Ferry Tickets for you as a second reservation. There will be 2 credit card charges. 1 for the Golden Gate Loop Tour and 1 for the Alcatraz Ferry.

Departure Dates and Times:
Daily - Closed Christmas. Open Ticket for Double Decker Tour Departing 9:00 AM or 4:00 PM. Alcatraz based on availability.
The tour schedule for the day depends on the availability for Alcatraz ferry tickets.
For example, if Alcatraz Ferry is available in the morning; You will pick up tickets for the Alcatraz Ferry direct from the Pier 33 "Will Call" window. After your Alcatraz Tour you return to the CitySightseeing San Francisco Tour Office to join the Golden Gate Loop at approximately 3:30 pm.
If there is no availability for Alcatraz ferry in the morning, upon arrival at Fisherman's Wharf you will start with the 9:00 AM Golden Gate Loop Tour and then continue to Pier 33 and the Alcatraz Ferry and Tour in the afternoon.

For every confirmed booking you will receive 2 e-mails with your E-Ticket Vouchers

1st E-Ticket voucher at the Tour Office for your Double Decker Tour. The 2nd
email will be your reservation and voucher for the Alcatraz ferry.

Alcatraz Tickets are held at Pre-Paid Will Call:
Your Alcatraz boarding tickets will be held at the Alcatraz Cruises Marine terminal at Pier 33. When you present your Alcatraz Voucher, picture ID and credit card used on the reservation transaction the boarding tickets are issued. Be sure to show up 30 to 45 minutes before your cruise! Alcatraz tickets may not be picked up prior to the tour date.

IMPORTANT: ALCATRAZ FERRY AND AUDIO TOUR: ALL ALCATRAZ SALES ARE FINAL The National Park Pass is not applicable to the Alcatraz Tour. No exchanges, refunds or cancellations. You may purchase up to 14 tickets on the web. Alcatraz is a National Park and does not offer any refunds or discounts.
IMPORTANT: CitySightseeing San Francisco GOLDEN GATE LOOP TOUR: Tour cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations of the Downtown Loop tour prior to 24 hours are charged a $25 administration fee. No shows will be charged in full.
