The tour was packed full of sights and information about the city. Overall the experience was enjoyable. I was under the impression that there would be more stops than what we actually did. The tour also mentioned a stop at Marin Headlands which was a large reason for me booking the tour and it no longer stops there even though the website says it does. Upon asking the tour guide stated that they no longer stop there.Matthew S., 840, 08-2007

The tour guides add that extra personal touch to the experience. They have a wonderful bank of information to share. Things you don't get just from the pictures! Departure Point:
Tour departs from 865 Beach Street, San Francisco 94109, in the heart of Fisherman's Wharf. Complimentary Hotel pick-up is available from most San Francisco City Hotels. Hotels in the Immediate San Francisco Airport Area require an additonal per person fee of $5.00. Cancellation and No Show Policy:
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a $10.00 per person administration fee. No Shows on tour dates are charged 100%. Some specific tours and activities have a higher cancellation fee due to the limited space available.
Recommended for all tours in San Francisco: Comfortable shoes and a extra layer of warm clothing.
Weather permitting. If seasonal fog obscures the view, tour route may be altered.
Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
