COMBO Part 1: Alcatraz Ferry and Audio Tour Info:
After a short 10 minute ferry ride from Pier 33 across San Francisco Bay you will arrive on the infamous Alcatraz Island. The tour includes a movie of Alcatraz history and a 35 minute audio headset tour of an Alcatraz cell block. This audio tour is available in 6 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish.
To reach the Cell House, you must walk up a steep hill. In addition to the famous prison, Alcatraz features some of the most spectacular views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge from the beautifully landscaped Agave Trail.
Please note that the walk to the Alcatraz Cellhouse is on steep, uneven pavement. SEAT (Sustainable Easy Access Transport) is available for wheelchair users and visitors unable to walk to quarter mile, 12% upgrade. No animals (except certified service animals) are allowed on Alcatraz Island.
After the tour there is time to visit the Alcatraz Museum, the bookshop and explore the island. Stay as long as you like - ferries depart every 1/2 hour back to San Francisco.
Average time spent on Alcatraz is 1 1/2 - 3 hours. The Reservation for the Alcatraz portion of your combination order depends on the availability for Alcatraz ferry tickets. We generaly book the morning or mid-afternon Alcatraz ferry departures when available.
If Alcatraz is sold out for the date requested you will not recieve Alcatraz tickets and will not be charged for that portion of the Combination order. If your Credit Card is declined by the Alcatraz Cruises order system you will not recieve Alcatraz Tickets.

Your San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf Pass is valid for two days beginning the first day you use it. The San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf Pass must be presented for admission at each attraction and tickets may not be removed from the book prior to admission. Tickets are good for general admission during normal operating hours. San Francisco Fisherman's Wharf Pass is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged tickets. No refunds or exchanges will be provided. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Tickets that have been removed from Wharf Pass book prior to admission are void. Tickets are good for 1 admission during normal operating hours. Hours are listed on back of each ticket and are subject to change. Wharf Pass is good for 2 days from 1st day of use. All information is current at time of printing but is subject to change. Your Alcatraz boarding tickets will be held at the Alcatraz Cruises Dock at PIER 33.
When you present your Alcatraz Voucher, picture ID and credit card used
on the reservation transaction the boarding tickets are printed. Be
sure to show up 30 to 45 minutes before your Alcatraz cruise! Tickets
may not be picked up prior to the tour date.
